Order cut-off times
- The cut-off for ordering items for delivery on the next scheduled day is 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 3:00pm on Friday. To guarantee delivery of large kitchen furniture orders, these should be received 30 minutes prior to the general order cut-off.
Trade Counter collections
- Opening times for the Trade Counter is 7:30am till 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
