Coronavirus: Precautionary Measures for Blackheath Deliveries

In addition to our resilience plans previously shared with you, and with the current COVID-19 situation rapidly changing, we will be enforcing the below delivery instruction to all our deliveries with immediate effect.

All deliveries that are non-palletised will be KERB SIDE ONLY. Our delivery drivers will not enter any business premises or residential addresses under any circumstances, without exception. If we are making a delivery to a site address for you, please ensure that there is the appropriate number of people on site to offload the expected delivery.

Should this create any obstacles for the delivery being made, the delivery will not be completed and will need to be rearranged with our sales office.

We would like to reassure all customers that we are taking the appropriate steps in line with government advice to improve our resilience during this difficult time for all of us. Should we need to make any more changes to our services, we will communicate the changes to you as soon as we can.
