Blackheath Products new website is live!

Here at Blackheath Products Ltd we have just launched our new website. Last year we decided it was time for us to step up our online base, and so we started the lengthy process of getting a customer friendly website in which you could browse and order at ease.

Throughout the project, you, our customers, were always at the forefront of every decision we made, whether it be the design of the website or how it worked in the background; our main aim was be able to bring to you everything we offer, within a few clicks. Discussed in meetings with web designers and I.T experts, we wanted to give you a website that was both easy to use if you knew exactly what you were after, and just as easy for those who weren’t too sure and wanted to browse!

Trying to get all of the products we offer into one place, working in sync with our internal system to give you live stock levels and delivery details, proved difficult at first – however we are extremely happy with the result. We have moved on from a very basic website to something we can be proud of and promote to all customers, knowing that you will find everything you’re looking for with ease.
