Update to Planning application submitted on the 1st July 2022
We want to continue to develop our service offer and to this end, we applied to the local planning authority to extend the times we can operate at our current premises.
The new planning permissions will allow us to continue to offer a market leading service to all our customers.
We have invested heavily into our premises at Fairfield Park and this along with the additional permissions will enable us to continue to meet the expectations of our customers.
Requested amendments to current permission
To allow up to 5 HGV’s to, if required, leave site between 04:30 and 05:29 Monday to Friday.
To install a 2.4m boarded acoustic fence replacing the current metal perimeter fencing.
To install 2 no. electric sliding gates replacing the current metal manual gates.
To reposition our floodlights, so they are facing towards our units and away from existing domestic properties, wherever it is safe to do so.
